Abby’s effectiveness stems from her training and experience in conflict resolution, law, and mental health.

Abby helps people in conflict. She is mediator and represents people negotiating a legal solution. Since she is  also a therapist, she is a divorce coach (family specialist)  for those seeking divorce through the Collaborative process and a conflict coach for people who are in litigation, mediation, or otherwise struggling to find solutions to conflict. Her focus its to help navigate through discord and change. Abby facilitates family and team discussions to enhance communication, understanding, creative problem-solving and resolution. She has experience in guiding people to reduce conflict and manage emotional reactions that interfere with the capacity to consider a satisfactory solution.




A NYS Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Abby draws on her acute understanding of the emotional barriers to resolving charged conflicts. Abby is experienced counseling people through life changes such as divorce, the loss of a loved one, and caring for an elderly parent. She is well versed in the needs of the disabled and those individuals who identify as part of the LGBTQ community. She is a trained parenting coordinator.
